Information you choose to provide

Repyn stores your training profile, goals, experience, equipment, schedule, preferred units, saved routines and workout history. Optional profile fields may include gender, birth date, height and body weight. You may skip these fields. We use your training preferences to organize workouts and your logged sessions to show progress. Body measurements are not used to infer safe lifting loads.

On-device storage and optional accounts

You can use local training features without a Repyn account once you have an active subscription. Local training data remains on your device unless you sign in and synchronize it or choose to export it. Creating an account provides your email address, display name and password to our account service; passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, not plain text. Account sessions use an authentication token stored using the device's secure storage. Signed-in profiles, routines and workout histories are synchronized to the account service so they can be recovered and used across your sessions.

Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. Repyn does not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage subscription access. RevenueCat processes purchase records, product identifiers, an app-user identifier and technical information needed to provide billing services. If you create a Repyn account, your subscription may be associated with your account identifier. Apple and RevenueCat handle information under their own privacy policies.

Other information and purposes

When you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message. Service providers may process connection and security logs as needed to operate and protect the service. We use information to provide training, synchronize requested data, validate subscriptions, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. The app does not integrate Apple Health, access your contacts or precise location, or display third-party behavioral advertisements. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information is handled by service providers needed to operate the app, including payment/subscription providers and, when account services are used, hosting and database providers. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, rights or security. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable protections depend on the provider and jurisdiction.

Your choices and deletion

Optional profile questions can be skipped. Account & data settings provide training export and reset controls, and signed-in users can request account deletion inside the app. These controls are available even without an active subscription. You can also contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Deleting an account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it through your Apple subscription settings. Records required for transaction, legal or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained where necessary. Local copies and exports you keep remain under your control. We retain account data while needed to provide requested services and handle deletion requests subject to those obligations.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Repyn is a general fitness tool, not a medical service or a service designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Your rights and updates

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, receive a portable copy, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact the email above to make a request. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date; material changes will be communicated as required.
